Thank you for shopping with Thread City Silver! We take pride in carefully packaging every order and getting your new jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Thread City Silver is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Thread City Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist in any way we can.

International Shipping

At this time, Thread City Silver ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
